KAT 103.7 FM Radiothon for Children’s Hospital & Medical Center is August 18-19, 2022

Broadcasting live on Thursday, August 18 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday August 19 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., the KAT 103.7 FM Radiothon for Children’s Hospital & Medical Center returns to celebrate 20 years of raising funds that provide hope and healing for the region’s children and families.

The radiothon is an annual event in which patient families share their stories live on the air while volunteers accept donations by phone. Since its start two decades ago, more than 16,000 generous donors from the Omaha community have contributed to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which locally benefits Children’s.

During the radiothon, the public is invited to make donations to support the important programs and life-saving equipment that help Children’s meet kids’ unique health care needs. Supporters can donate Aug. 18 and 19 by calling 402-955-7100, texting CARE to 51155 or by giving online at ChildrensOmaha.org/KAT.

Every dollar donated locally during the Aug. 18 and 19 radiothon, stays in our community to support important programs, life-saving equipment and vital research to help Children’s meet kids’ unique healthcare needs.
